Garage OS Field puts the work that happens away from the desk on a phone. It runs in the phone’s browser, with nothing to download from an app store.
On the forecourt
- Add a car by its registration, and take its walkaround photos there and then.
- Log a call, a WhatsApp, a walk-in or an email as a lead, and pick the car the customer is asking about from your stock.
In the bay
- Each technician sees the tasks assigned to them for today, with anything overdue marked.
- Start, pause or block a task with a reason, then complete it or submit it for sign-off.
- Notes, before-and-after photos, the parts used, and requests for the parts they need.
- Find a car by its registration, or by scanning a barcode on phones whose browser can read one.
- A view without the costs and margin technicians don’t need.
At the desk
- Managers can open Bay Mode from the workshop and see it as a technician does.
- What each person can open depends on their role.
